"Bakit may mga LSIs na nahaharang sa Boundary to undergo 14days quarantine?"

Para po sa mga may kamaganak na LSIs sa ibang lugar at balak ng umuwi sa ating bayan, ito po ang guidelines mula sa ating Provincial Government of Aurora.

Ito po ang mga batas na sinusunod ng mga officers sa Provincial Control Points(PCP) natin. Bibigyang diin po namin na kailangang maapprubahan ng PCP officers ang inyong health condition at documents bago matagumpay na makapasok sa ating bayan upang hindi na magundergo ng Quarantine sa boundary.

Malinaw po na nakasaad sa E.O. na dapat:

Original or Certified True Copy ang inyong mga hawak na dokumento

Sundin ang Travel Date na nakasaad sa Travel Authority issued by the PNP

Ang Medical Clearance Certificate(MCC) ay dapat pirmado ng Compentent Government Doctor mula sainyong pinagmulan na lugar hindi brgy. Captain lamang ang nakapirma

Ang mandatory 14 days quarantine ay nakasaad sainyong MCC na may petsa kung kailan nagsimula at natapos ito. Kailangang fresh/very recent lamang ito nangyari sapagkat napapaso po ito. Halimbawa (Date of Travel: July 6,2020, Mas mainam na katatapos mo lamang ng July 3-4,2020 sa iyong quarantine)

Dapat nakabyahe kana within 3days matapos ang petsa ng issue ng iyong MCC (halimbawa, issued this July 4, 2020, date of travel should be july5-6)

Ang inyong mga medical history documents, lalo na ang monitoring sheets ay dapat may kopya kayo.

Ito po ang mga kadalasang dahilan kapag hindi nasunod ng LSI, kung bakit naguundergo pa ng quarantine sa boundary at hindi napapayagang dumeretcho makauwi sa ating bayan.

Mabuting ipakita sa inyong mga city/municipal health doctors na ganito ang batas sa Aurora upang maintindihan nila ang inyong dokumentong dapat masecure.

Ilang paalala sa mga LSIs nating kababayan na nais umuwi galing sa Provincial Government of Aurora

1. Siguraduhing Original or Certified True Copy ang mga hawak na dokumento kasama ang mga attachments nito kasama ang inyong Identification Card (ID).
2. Sundin ang Travel Date na nakasaad sa Travel Authority na ibinigay ng PNP.
3. Dapat pirmado ng Compentent Government Doctor mula sa pinagmulan na lugar ang Medical Clearance Certificate (MCC).
4. Nakasaad sa inyong MCC ang petsa kung kailan nagsimula at natapos ang mandatory 14 days quarantine. Hindi pangmatagalan ang inyong MCC.
5. Dapat nakabyahe sa loob ng 3 araw matapos ang petsa ng ibinigay na MCC.
6. Kailangan ding ipakita ang inyong mga medical history documents, lalo na ang monitoring sheets.
7. Siguraduhing tumawag o makipag-ugnayan sa inyong bayan na uuwian sa pamamagitan ng hotline number/s o pagpunta ng kaanak sa munisipyo bago ang araw ng pag-uwi upang malaman kung may mga kailangan pang ihanda at maipaalam ang pagdating.
