To convey the holiday spirit and cheer, in spite of the pandemic, the Office of the Municipal Tourism, Information, Culture and Arts launched the “Best Barangay Hall Christmas Decoration Competition”. This project is intended to encourage the 24 barangays to show their holiday spirit in this yuletide season.
