Almost 90% of floater nets were removed and raised through the collaborative efforts of MENRO Jestonee Bitong, Reymar Tercero of OPAg, Teodoro Torio of ENRO, Dr. Marivic Pajaro of Daluhay, Daniel Flores of BFAR-III, For.
The aforesaid activity is the continuation of the recent underwater clean-up (August 27, 2020) in support to the establishment of Marine Protected Area / Fish Sanctuary wherein an approximately 250 kg of floater nets were removed.
