2. Sundin ang Travel Date na nakasaad sa Travel Authority na ibinigay ng PNP.
3. Dapat pirmado ng Compentent Government Doctor mula sa pinagmulan na lugar ang Medical Clearance Certificate (MCC).
4. Nakasaad sa inyong MCC ang petsa kung kailan nagsimula at natapos ang mandatory 14 days quarantine. Hindi pangmatagalan ang inyong MCC.
5. Dapat nakabyahe sa loob ng 3 araw matapos ang petsa ng ibinigay na MCC.
