Showcase your gourmet local viand inspired by Casiguran’s culinary heritage and let your dish take center stage this Tourism Month!

What shall be served?
• One (1) gourmet local viand, currently available for order at your establishment in three (3) plated servings for judging
o Additional small servings for the Free Taste Activity

Important details
• 2-hour cooking time
• All preparation and cooking must be done at the competition venue (Brgy. Lual Covered Court)
• No pre-cooked, pre-prepared, or partially cooked dishes

Cash Prizes:
1st – Php. 5,000
2nd – Php. 4,000
3rd – Php. 3,000
Consolation – Php. 2,000
