Its mission is to empower stakeholders by providing them enabling mechanism for the protection and sustainable management of Casiguran marine and terrestrial resources while mitigating climate change.

VISION
Casiguran is envisioned as a model of environmental and bio-diversity conservation populated by empowered and united citizens, under a system of responsive, effective, and ecological governance of solid waste, managed by development-oriented leaders who are aware and supportive of the needs and rights of the people to a just, clean and more humane ociety.
MISSION
The Municipal Solid Waste Management Board shal spearhead the implementation of ecological and sustainable Integrated Solid Waste Management Program in compliance with RA 9003 that will serve as the key step in promoting participation among key stakeholders in the municipality and will serve as development blueprint of Casiguran for proper governance of solid waste.
