From Manila, take a Baler-bound Genesis or Joy Bus of the Cubao bus terminal. Then, take a commuter van to Casiguran with travel time of around 3.5 hours. Commuter vans also travel direct to Casiguran from Manila. If one is coming from somewhere near Nueva Vizcaya, the Cordon-Diffun-Modela-Aurora road provides access. Travel time takes approximately 5 hours.
