Guided by this year’s theme, “The World Drug Problem: Persisting Issues, New Challenges, and Innovative Responses,” we recognize the continuing impact of drug abuse on individuals, families, and communities.

This observance serves as a reminder of the importance of collective action in preventing drug abuse, promoting awareness, and encouraging positive choices among individuals, especially the youth. Through education, advocacy, and community involvement, we can help create an environment where everyone can thrive free from the harmful effects of illegal drugs.

Led by our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Roynald S. Soriano, the signing of the Commitment of Support highlighted the municipality’s unwavering dedication to the campaign against illegal drugs and the promotion of a safe, healthy, and drug-free Casiguran.

Let us continue working together to promote peace, health, and responsible citizenship for a stronger and more resilient nation.
