Day 2 of the Capacity Development Training focused on hands-on activities in Advanced Microsoft Excel, equipping participants with practical skills in managing and analyzing Gender and Development (GAD) data more effectively.

Participants engaged in interactive exercises covering advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, data validation, sorting and filtering, conditional formatting, PivotTables, and report consolidation. These activities enhanced their ability to organize large datasets, generate accurate reports, and improve data-driven planning, monitoring, and decision-making.
