JULY 23, 2026 – DAY 4 CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

Strengthening Gender and Development Programs Through Database.

Day 4 – Capacity Development Training focused on the continued development of the Gender and Development (GAD) Database using Microsoft Access. Participants engaged in hands-on exercises involving the encoding and management of records, ensuring that data was entered accurately and consistently into the database.

The session also introduced participants to sorting and filtering techniques, enabling them to efficiently organize, retrieve, and analyze information based on specific criteria. These essential database management skills enhance data accessibility, improve reporting accuracy, and support evidence-based planning, monitoring, and decision-making for Gender and Development programs.
