As part of the celebration of National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2026, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Casiguran proudly conducts the Municipal Level NDRM Seal Making Contest.

This activity aims to encourage creativity, innovation, and active participation among students by showcasing their artistic talents while promoting the importance of disaster preparedness, resilience, and community responsibility. Through their original seal designs, participants are given the opportunity to creatively express this year’s NDRM theme and advocate for a safer, more resilient Casiguran.

The contest serves not only as a platform for artistic excellence but also as an avenue to strengthen public awareness and inspire the younger generation to become advocates of disaster risk reduction and resilience.
