The Municipal Tourism, Culture and Arts Office (MTICAO), successfully celebrated one of the highlights of Tourism Month Celebration 2026,the “Asis Ka! Kainam Eh!” Recognition Ceremony on September 23, 2026, with an exciting 80s-themed celebration.

Our sincere gratitude to our Sangguniang Bayan headed by our Vice Mayor Eugene Calugtong, our SB member for tourism Hon. Vivian D. Lucas, Hon. Darwin Villanueva, Hon. Allen Alipio and SKF Clinton Montes for showing their continued support for our tourism initiatives. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Supervising Tourism Operations Officer Ms. Charlotte Madarang for her presence and support.

The awards were given in recognition of tourism establishments that demonstrated excellence in areas such as quality service, environmental sustainability, regulatory compliance, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

The ceremony also featured the awarding of winners of the Tourism Month Flyer/Brochure Design and Logo Making Competitions, celebrating the creativity and contributions of local artists, students, and community participants.

The following individuals have been officially recognized as the winners of the Digital Tourism Logo Making Contest and the Tourism Flyer/Brochure Design Competition, based on the established criteria and evaluation conducted during the prescribed competition period.

With its fun and nostalgic 80’s theme, the celebration was made even more memorable as tourism stakeholders, partners, and guests came together to recognize achievements and strengthen partnerships for the continued growth of tourism in Casiguran.
